We produce your financials (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement) as well as other documents (financial forecast, cash burn etc.) upon request.

5. What is your communication response time?

We are Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor and experts in XERO, Freshbooks, Wave, Expensify, Bills.com, Appfolio, many others.
2. Do I need Quickbooks to work with GBO?
Given that our experts are familiar with most accounting softwares including Quickbooks and Xero, you don’t need any specific one to work with us.
3. Do the monthly fees include Quickbooks and Xero fees?
No, every client’s needs are different and there are different accounting software plans that fit better with your business. However, since we are a Quickbooks Proadvisor, we do offer a 40% discount if you sign up through us.
4. Do you use JustWorks?
We offer you the Payroll reconciliation with JustWorks as an add-on to your bookkeeping service.
5. Can you help me set the books for my new company?
Yes. We can help you set up your books in a few hours. Our expertise and training have helped many entrepreneurs to get their books started on the right foot. We helped businesses from very diverse industries such as retail, ecommerce, manufacturing etc. Being affiliated with Quickbooks, we also can offer you up to 40% off Quickbook and reduced XERO rates.

6. How do you ensure that my files and data are completely secure?
We ensure the security and privacy of all your financial data, on 3 different levels:
1) Employees: We have all our staff sign Non-Disclosure Agreements and each of them must back up all work.
2) Technology: Not only do we work on the cloud, automatic backup, but we back-up our work often. We always use a private VPN instead of a public wifi.
3) Management: We are licensed CPAs. We must follow strict client confidentiality laws with client data per State board. As a result, you can be ensured that your data is safe and secure




1. Can I cancel anytime?
We don’t believe in locking unhappy clients in long term contracts. Our plans are monthly.
2. How do I cancel my account?
If you are unsatisfied with our services for any reason, just send us an email, we will reply quickly to resolve the matter.
